Overview Program ObjectivesThe Banking and Finance programme of University of Bahrain demonstrates an in depth (major single track) or breadth (major/minor track) understanding of major issues, theories and practice in the different functional areas of business with a considerable emphasis on the role of Banking and Finance in decision-making.Recognize the importance of skills required to compete in today’s market equipped with a solid business foundation along with communication and analytical skills, which will enable them to deal with complex business issues.Develop transferrable and practical skills to manage their own learning and to be confident in applying these skills in a real life context.Contribute positively to society through responsible and ethical practice within their profession.Graduate OutcomesDevelop knowledge of core functional areas of business and an understanding of their interconnections with a focus on Banking and Finance.Demonstrate understanding of how business operates in global and multicultural environment.Apply critical and reflective thinking skills and use analytical tools to evaluate information, solve problems, and make sound decisions.Communicate effectively orally and in writing using appropriate technologiesOperate effectively in a variety of team roles and take leadership roles, where appropriate.Learn to manage learning tasks independently, professionally and ethically. The Banking and Finance programme of University of Bahrain provides students with the knowledge & understanding in the field of banking and finance as well as broadening students' understanding of complex economic issues intertwined with business and management decisions. It also equips the students with skills required for a career in Banking & Finance.

1 : الحصول على معدل لا يقل عن 70% في شهادة الثانوية العامة (التوجيهية) أو ما يعادلها. ألا يكون قد مضى أكثر من عامين على حصول المتقدم على شهادة الثانوية العامة. يتم قبول تخصصات الثانوية العامة التالية: (علمي، تجارة، أدب، مسارات موحدة، تقني، مسار تقني – متقدم، مسار تجاري – متقدم، مسارات دينية). ويشترط على المتقدم حضور اختبار قدرات ومقابلة شخصية. المطلوبة وفقاً للغة التدريس الخاصة ببرنامج الدراسة المحدد. أن يكون المتقدم لائقاً طبياً للبرنامج الأكاديمي الذي يرغب في الالتحاق به.
