Overview Program LevelOn successful completion of the Business Management programme of University of Bahrain students will acquire knowledge & understanding of major issues, theories and practices of Management and also equips the students with skills required for a career in Management.Program ObjectivesDemonstrate an in depth (major single track) or breadth (major/minor track) understanding of major issues, theories and practice in the different functional areas of business with a considerable emphasis on the role of Business Management in decision-making.Recognize the importance of skills required to compete in today’s market equipped with a solid business foundation along with communication and analytical skills, which will enable them to deal with complex business issues.Develop transferrable and practical skills to manage their own learning and to be confident in applying these skills in a real life context.Contribute positively to society through responsible and ethical practice within their profession.Graduate OutcomesDevelop knowledge of core functional areas of business and an understanding of their interconnections with a focus on Business Management.Demonstrate understanding of how business operates in global and multicultural environment.Apply critical and reflective thinking skills and use analytical tools to evaluate information, solve problems, and make sound decisions.Communicate effectively orally and in writing using appropriate technologiesOperate effectively in a variety of team roles and take leadership roles, where appropriate.Learn to manage learning tasks independently, professionally and ethically. 1 : الحصول على معدل لا يقل عن 70% في شهادة الثانوية العامة (التوجيهية) أو ما يعادلها. ألا يكون قد مضى أكثر من عامين على حصول المتقدم على شهادة الثانوية العامة. يتم قبول التخصصات التالية في الثانوية العامة: (علمي، تجاري، أدب، مسارات موحدة، تقني، تقني – متقدم، مسار تجاري – متقدم، مسارات دينية). ويشترط في المتقدم حضور اختبار قدرات ومقابلة شخصية. المطلوبة وفقاً للغة التدريس الخاصة ببرنامج الدراسة المحدد. أن يكون المتقدم لائقاً طبياً للبرنامج الأكاديمي الذي يرغب في الالتحاق به.
