Overview Programme Educational Objectives (PEO)The objectives of Bachelor of Computer Science (Graphics and Multimedia Software) programme at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia are to provide the knowledge, skillsand attributes that should be achieved by the graduates for a successful career.The programme is designed to produce graduates who:obtain employment as computer scientists in local and global industries and organisations, where they are competent in applying thefundamental knowledge, computational principles and skills in Computer Graphics and Multimedia fields to develop software of increasingsize and complexity across different application areas.demonstrate an ability to continue to learn throughout their career (professional, technical or postgraduate education) whichcan strengthen their analytical and critical thinking skills to position them to advanced computer graphic and multimedia practices and tocontribute to the intellectual foundations of the Computer Graphics and Multimedia disciplines.are involved in computer graphics and multimedia software projects that they are proficient in applying theoretical computing and knowledgein analysing, modelling, designing, developing and evaluating computing solutions.become leaders or technopreneurs in computer graphics and multimedia disciplines.demonstrate an awareness of professional ethics and social responsibility as computer scientists specialising in computer graphics and multimedia. The Bachelor of Computer Science (Graphics and Multimedia Software) programme at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia is introduced to produce professional ICT programmer in two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) graphics as well as multimedia and web application.
