Overview Graduates of this HSE and University of London Double Degree Programme in Economics at the National Research University - Higher School of Economics (HSE) have a unique advantage in continuing their studies or in beginning their career anywhere in the world.The programme is implemented with the academic support of the London School of Economics and Political Science, combining top Russian and British standards of higher education in economics and finance.The main goal of the Bachelor’s programme “HSE and University of London Double Degree Programme in Economics” is the preparation of highly qualified specialists in the sphere of economics and finance. The programme is implemented with the academic support of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). It combines the best of Russian and British higher education. The programme implements a unified integrated curriculum based on the educational standards in economics of both HSE and the University of London.Our graduates hold profound knowledge in modern economic theory and its applications consistent with the international requirements. BSc graduates possess all necessary skills, qualification, and knowledge which allow them to start their professional or academic career in the global world in different language, cultural and professional environment.The main academic principles of ICEF BSc programme are intellectual freedom and sell-fulfilment, critical approach to social and economic processes, high quality education and research, openness and transparency of teaching and assessment, equal high selection criteria and equal opportunities for all students and teachers.CareerThe ICEF Alumni community brings together all graduates of the Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes.20 cohorts of BSc students and 12 cohorts of MSc students have completed their education at ICEF since the creation of the College in 1997. About 60% of the College’s graduates received the First and Upper Second class honours degrees from the University of London. These degrees are recognized by the best Master’s programmes worldwide.
