    1يمكن للطلاب من أنظمة التعليم في الدول الأعضاء في الاتحاد الأوروبي أو أي دولة أخرى وقعت اتفاقية معاملة بالمثل مع إسبانيا التقدم للقبول مباشرة، دون الحاجة إلى الجلوس في PAU، بشرط أن يستوفوا المتطلبات الأكاديمية المعمول بها في أنظمة التعليم الخاصة بهم للحضور جامعة. يجب أن يكون لدى هؤلاء الطلاب معرفة كافية باللغة التي سيتم تدريس المقررات بها. الجامعة الوطنية الإسبانية للتعليم عن بعد (UNED) هي المسؤولة عن التحقق من متطلبات القبول هذه.
