Overview In this Nursing course at Near East University, the candidate’s nursing management planning, organization, execution, coordination, evaluation, and be able to select the functions contained in the current actions that can identify the conditions necessary to ensure effective management of cognitive, attitudinal objectives are intended to perform.Goals and ObjectivesThis course, culture, job satisfaction, communication, team, friction management, performance management, organizational behaviour, such as the basic concepts, principles and applications. Basic organizational behaviour and nurse manager. Organizational culture and climate in preparing nurse managers. Executive nurse communication, persuasion and negotiation skills. Job satisfaction and motivation in providing the administrator. Administrative bickering, cooperation. Organizational commitment. Responsibility for organizational development and performance improvement. In this course, the candidate’s understanding of the responsibilities of nursing manager for creating positive organizational outcomes expected to acquire skills in cognitive and attitudinal.

This Nursing course at Near East University will review health care policies to the island and as a health professional in influencing health policy aims at providing the necessary cognitive and attitudinal objectives. At the same time, this course gives students the skills, institutional and policy development at the country level.

1التخرج من برنامج الماجستير على مستوى الماجستير أو الماجستير أو ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (الحد الأدنى للمعدل التراكمي 3.00) إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية: يمكن أخذ اختبار TOEFL والمؤهلات الأخرى بعين الاعتبار. إتقان اللغة التركية (مطلوب فقط للطلاب الأجانب المتقدمين إلى الأقسام التي تكون لغة التدريس فيها هي التركية.
