Overview Students study the general working philosophy of tourism and hospitality and need success in the acquisition of a foreign language, such as German, though the curriculum has all its courses taught in English. The Tourism and Hotel Management department creates the opportunity to practice the concepts, models and methods, which have been delivered theoretically in courses, with use of the computers, laboratories, kitchens for students. This Bachelor program in Tourism and Hotel Management from Cyprus Science University is completed with a set of specialization subjects from the field of hotel management, in which students are exposed to advanced hotel management issues ranging from hotel property planning to performance management and devising strategic business opportunities. Graduates of this department are entitled as “Tourism Manager” and “Hotel Manager”.Career OpportunitiesOur graduates could occupy leading and managerial positions in tourism industry establishments ranging from international hotels, food and beverage establishments, resorts, tour operators, travel agencies, conference centers, airlines to animation and event management organizations.
