    Overview Students majoring in (Hons) Automotive Maintenance at University of Kuala Lumpur MFI will be exposed to hands-on laboratory experience in automotive engineering processes, mechanical testing,metallurgy, emission and dynamometer testing.Programme Learning Outcomes (PLO)Upon graduation, the students of BET Automotive Maintenance are expected to have the ability to: Apply knowledge of mathematics, sciences and engineering fundamental and an engineering specialization to define and applied automotive engineering procedures, processes, systems or methodologies.Identify, formulate, research literature and solve broadly defined automotive engineering problems reaching substantiated conclusions using analytical tools appropriate to their discipline or are of specialization.Design solutions for broadly defined automotive engineering technology problems and contribute to the designs of systems, components or processes to meet specified needs with consideration for public health and safety, cultural, societal and environmental considerations.Conduct investigations of broadly defined problems; locate, search and select relevant data from codes, data bases and literature, design and conduct experiments to provide valid conclusion.Select and apply appropriate techniques, resources and modern engineering tools, including prediction and modelling, to broadly define automotive engineering activities, with an understanding of the limitations.
