    Overview Why study at the UAO CEU?The Law and International and European Law Practice Programme of International and European Law Practice is designed as a Private Diploma at Abat Oliva - CEU University imparted together with the Degree in Law. This programme is aimed towards students with a high level of excellence, who want to achieve the knowledge, experience and abilities required for the practice of Law in an international or Community environment.Students of the International and European Law Practice study subjects of the Degree in Law, adding every semester one or two subjects of international and Community litigation, plus one of a foreign language (English, French or German). Additionally, they must carry out a summer practicum in lawyer offices or international offices.Teaching model based on the practical and personalised training by means of the case method, with case resolution in professional offices and the attendance to real trials in the provincial Courts. Institute of European Studies of the Universidad San Pablo CEUThe programme is imparted with the collaboration of the Institute of European Studies of the Universidad San Pablo CEU, Research Centre specialised in the European integration and other aspects of international relations. The Institute of European Studies was founded in November of 1999 and has been designated by the European Commission as Centre of Excellence Jean Monnet.4. Competences program CEU ePlusThe CEU ePlus competence program is incorporated in every degree since the very first year, in order to work on the specific most demanded competences in the labour market for every degree. In addition, the students always have at their disposal the possibility to make an individual coaching procedure.5. InternationalisationIn addition, we offer our students of the juridical field the chance to take a Master course in U.S. Law in Saint Thomas University of Minnesota.6. Complete programmeWith the master's degree in Law. The student is provided with the additional training required by law thanks to this master's degree.7.
