    Overview The Spanish Pathway to Nursing is a billingual programme - English 20% and Spanish 80% - offered by Cardinal Herrera University (CEU) , which we offers the possibility of taking the first year in English and then continue teaching in Spanish for the rest of the degree. Our itinerary also adapts to every need:For non-native Spanish students: during the first year all subjects are taught in English, except for 18 ECTS (which will be taken the following year) where instead we offer the student a module to support their Spanish language learning, which will help them adapt to teaching in Spanish later on in their degree.For native Spanish students: during the first year all subjects are taken in English, except 18 ECTS that are taught in Spanish.Career OpportunitiesThe Graduates of Nursing Studies can develop their professional activity in different sectors, although the qualification has a unique profile of a nurse being responsible for general treatments, whose functions are itemized in the following way:Welfare function: Provide nursing treatment for the societyHospital (Specialities)Primary Health Care: Health education and promotionAcademic Role: Teach the Knowledge of NursingLecturer at UniversityTeaching the students during practicalsTraining of the medical staffHealth education for patients and relatives
