    Overview The main objective of this Theoretical Chemistry and Computational Modelling from the University of the Basque Country is to offer advanced, specialised and multidisciplinary training, aimed at promoting their initiation into research tasks in the field of theoretical and computational chemistry. In this sense, one of the main tasks is aimed at preparing experts in the use and development of computational techniques in molecular sciences to work with innovative pharmaceutical, petrochemical and new materials industries.At the end of the master's degree, the students will be highly qualified at an international level both for their professional performance and for continuing their doctoral studies in Chemistry, Physics, Biology or Materials Sciences.4 Reasons to Study this MasterIt is the only national master with these characteristics.The student will have the Faculty of Chemistry's Theoretical Chemistry group's ongoing support at the UPV/EHU.Possibility of conducting a doctoral thesis.In addition to intellectual training, the master's structure promotes human development, personal relations and teamwork, motivated by the students' stays at different European University centres.Career OpportunitiesIn the most advanced countries, powerful scientific computing institutes are being created where a teaching-research activity leads to the application of computational methods to practically all branches of knowledge.
