Three bedrooms apartment in downtown is rented for EUR1000 a month, while it is rented for EUR 750 outside downtown. A foreign student is, on average, in need of EUR500 for monthly living expenses with rent not included

    5. Attested (certified true) copies of the student's academic qualifications
