Living with a local host family is the perfect way to experience family life in your new country first-hand, and gain a deeper understanding of British or American culture. You will also have the opportunity to practice your English with your new host family outside of class.

Our homestays are all carefully selected and regularly inspected by our experienced Accommodation Officers. We have strong, long-term relationships with many local hosts including working families, couples, single people and retired people. All our hosts offer a warm welcome and comfortable accommodation.

Stanley Road Student House

Stanley Road is a large, modern, semi-detached house with a spacious private rear garden.
There are 9 en suite bedrooms split over 4 floors, with a communal kitchen-diner and breakfast area on the ground floor.
All rooms are stylishly decorated and finished to a high standard.
Stanley Road is an attractive street in a safe, suburban area of East Oxford.
It is located equal distance between both the city centre St Michaels campus, and the St Joseph’s campus in Cowley.
There are a number of shops, cafes and other local amenities within a few minutes’ walk of the property and the city centre is also easily by accessible by public transport or on foot.
The Cowley Road, home to an eclectic array of international eateries, as well as a music venue and independent cinema, is also only a 10-minute walk.
