Entry Requirements

Credit for previous university studies is granted at the discretion of the faculty that administers a chosen course. If you are seeking credit or exemption you will need to provide detailed subject outlines of studies completed.
If you do not meet the necessary academic requirements you may enrol in a Foundation Program at Flinders International Study Centre (FISC).
English Program Requirements
If you don’t meet our English language entry requirements and need to improve your English language proficiency, you can do so through our approved English Language Instruction Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS) providers. This means that you can attend the required English language tuition at approved ELICOS providers and gain direct entry into university without an IELTS or TOEFL test.

A range of programs with limited places may be available in public and private hospitals to assist graduate registered nurses in their first year of practice, with clinical rotations, preceptorship, and educational support throughout their progression.

Professional accreditation/recognition
This degree is accredited by the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council until 22/12/2025. Graduates of this degree are eligible to apply for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as registered nurses.
