    About

Overview There is also an interdisciplinary laboratory in chemical engineering, which will be evaluated for the final exam and the final grade earned. In the second year lab exercises will involve heat transfer, pressure drop for fluid motion in ducts, absorption and interphase mass transfer, and reaction equilibria in solution. The third year covers some of the basic engineering topics common to all industrial engineering (foundations of structural mechanics and mechanics of machines), and instruction specific to forming the chemical engineer.Career opportunities after the Chemical and Food Engineering programme at Politecnico di Torino The skills acquired by chemical engineers enable them to easily find employment in the chemical industry in the broadest sense, in pharmaceuticals, in the petrochemical and oil industries and, more generally speaking, in the processing and transformation industries, particularly related to food. Graduates in chemical engineering are by tradition able to operate competently and flexibly in various kinds of industrial engineering activities within companies, private entities and public administration, often being called upon to address environmental and energy problems but always maintaining their exclusive skills relating to the chemical sector.Other career opportunities are offered by industrial laboratories, technical departments of public administration responsible for industrial safety and environmental protection, and consulting and design firms. After passing the state exam in section B, chemical engineers may register in the industrial class of the Order of Engineers (junior engineer) and undertake professional activities I want to find another Bachelor Course
The Chemical and Food Engineering programme at Politecnico di Torino aims to enable graduates to funtion competently in the broad field of chemical engineering, using the correct technical language and knowledge of basic concepts to dialogue with other sectors of industrial and information technology engineering.
