    Overview Why choose this programme?The Ibsen Studies programme of the University of Oslo provides a unique opportunity to develop competencies in humanities research, critical thinking, and scholarly writing in a multicultural environment. The Centre attracts a highly diverse group of students from around the globe, and with widely different academic and professional backgrounds.All courses are taught in English, but students may submit their written work, including qualifying papers, examinations and Master’s theses, in Norwegian.The objectives of the programme are to provide the student with:in-depth knowledge of Ibsen’s works and their cultural and historical contexttraining in relevant humanities research methodologies, including literary, historical, performance, film, and quantitative analysesfamiliarity with the reception and adaptation history of Ibsen’s works from a global, intercultural perspective I want to find another Master Course
    The Ibsen Studies programme of the University of Oslo provides students with in-depth knowledge of the works of Henrik Ibsen and their cultural and historical context, as well as extensive training in relevant humanities research methods.
