Requirements and Admission Criteria for Bachelor of Pharmacy at Mutah University
Entry Requirements
Admission to the regular program is allocated to Jordanian students, and to students from sister and friendly countries who are accepted on cultural exchange missions. Admission is through the Unified Admission Coordination Unit - Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Admission requirements:
1- The student must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
2- The student's average in high school must not be less than the minimum admission average in the required specialization.
3- The high school branch must be one of the branches allowed to apply for admission to the required specialization and used in the admission bases for bachelor's degrees.
Documents required for the regular program:
1- The original high school transcript or a certified copy of it.
2- A certified copy of the birth certificate.
3- A certified copy of the family book, the student's page and the father's page.
4- A certified copy of the passport for non-Jordanian students.
5- Military service booklet for males or exemption certificate or occupation permit (upon registration)
6- (2) personal photos.
7- Identity document .
8- A document proving blood type.
