    Supply Chain Management

    About

    In this course, you will be introduced to the principles of logistics management, considering logistics as the management of the flow of goods and services in profit and non-profit organisations.

    You will explore some typical logistics activities including transportation, material and inventory management, distribution, customer service, information systems and order processing.

    You will also study transportation as part of the logistics process, exploring transport economic theory. Topics in materials and inventory management and the enhancement of logistics management with information technology are also examined.

    This course leads to the Master of Commerce (Supply Chain Management).

    Entry Requirements

  • Completion of 3 year post-secondary (post Year 12 equivalent) qualification OR hold a Bachelor degree (or equivalent) from a recognised University which is comparable to an AQF Associate Degree

    If you have undertaken previous study or work that matches the content of some of your Curtin course units, you may be able to obtain credit for recognised learning, which exempts you from studying those units.

    Apply to the Australian government for your student visa. Gaining a student visa will allow you to participate in full-time study in Australia and work up to 40 hours in a fortnight. If you’re under 18 years of age, you must have approved accommodation and welfare arrangements in place before a visa can be issued.
