It gives me great pleasure—on my own behalf and on behalf of my colleagues, the faculty members of the Department of Accounting, which emerged in the earliest days of Amman Arab University—to extend to you our warmest welcome. We receive you with hearts filled with affection and commitment to this venerable academic institution, home to a carefully selected group of specialized, experienced professors capable of teaching across both the bachelor’s and master’s programs.
Our department is proud to include outstanding Jordanian and Arab students who renew their commitment year after year, striving for excellence and distinction in various fields so that they may be the hope of the future and the pillar of our nation’s renaissance.
Guided by Amman Arab University’s philosophy of excellence and leadership, we prepare qualified graduates who meet the needs of various economic sectors and the labor market locally and regionally. Accordingly, our teaching focuses on an organic link between theory and practical application, and we keep pace with scientific and professional developments through the continuous development of curricula at the bachelor’s and master’s levels, in line with labor market requirements. The department offers a comprehensive suite of academic programs: Bachelor of Accounting, Bachelor of Accounting and Business Law, and the Master’s Program in Accounting. Our aim is to prepare competent professionals capable of making an effective contribution to the fields of accounting and the economy, in pursuit of our vision, mission, and core values: integrity, innovation and renewal, and social responsibility.
