The department’s mission is to harness all material and human capabilities and provide distinguished educational and training programs to provide students with the knowledge foundations and their practical applications in the field of educational administration, and to contribute to the development of the science of educational administration through scientific research and studies, and to achieve effective partnerships with local community institutions and provide it with qualified educational leaders suitable for the labor market and specialized educational competencies in the field of educational administrative research..
The department also seeks to achieve quality in preparing educational leaders scientifically and professionally, in accordance with the university’s vision and the Ministry of Education’s initiatives to achieve the vision. He worked to modernize postgraduate programs to be compatible with those trends and visions, which were translated in the partnership agreement between the Faculties of Educational Sciences at Jadara University and the Hashemite University, embodied in the doctoral program Educational Leadership and Policies.
The Department of Educational Administration aims to qualify students and trainees administratively and pedagogically, and to work on developing the educational administrative skills of scholars, school principals, and their assistants, through the graduate studies programs offered by the department and the educational courses that the department participates in providing, and providing scientific consultations in the field of educational administration.
