The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Department was established in response to the growing role of data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the modern business world. The program aims to prepare students to work across a wide range of sectors by developing strong skills in data analysis, predictive analytics, and the use of business intelligence tools that support effective, evidence-based decision making.
The department also places special emphasis on modern concepts in Artificial Intelligence and their applications in the business sector, including machine learning algorithms, big data analytics, and intelligent process automation. This focus enables students to understand the pivotal role of AI in improving organizational efficiency, creating innovative business models, and enhancing competitiveness in local, regional, and global markets.
The program consists of 132 credit hours designed to achieve a balance between solid theoretical foundations and intensive practical applications. Most courses include a hands-on component using the latest software and technologies in business intelligence and predictive data analytics, ensuring that graduates are well prepared to enter data-driven roles in the labor market.
