Its curriculum, which incorporates the latest advancements in computer networks and security, programming and security, operating systems and security and information security. It covers analysis and design using the latest international tools and software adopted by modern industry. The practical part of the curriculum is enhanced by advanced labs and centers such as the Cisco Academy Support Center (ASC). The program covers various aspects of security concerning computer networks, operating systems, modern applications, information protection, cyber attacks and prevention and cyber laws and forensics.The curriculum is based on 160 credits semester hours. Students usually graduate in five years or less. The program accepts students who succeed in their Jordanian General Secondary Exam/Science Stream, or equivalent, with an average of at least 80%.
The Networks and Information Security (B.Sc.) is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, https://www.abet.org, under the commission’s General Criteria and Program Criteria for Cybersecurity Engineering and Similarly Named Engineering Programs.

The student must have a Jordanian high school diploma or its equivalent

The student’s average should not be lower than the minimum average announced by the university to compete for admission in the current academic year to join the university’s faculties.

Admission to the university is based on the principle of competition according to the university entrance examination, and the higher the student’s mark in this examination, the greater his chance of admission.

The student must submit an application to the Deanship of Admission and Registration and complete all required documents on the specified date after paying the application fee (non-refundable)

In the application for admission, the applicant determines the majors according to the faculties, in order of the priority of his desire.

Accepted students are distributed to PSUT’s Schools according to the absorptive capacity of each study program and according to their stated preferences. Since admission is granted on a competitive basis, those students with higher averages in the Secondary School Certificate will be given priority of choice.

The student must not have been previously dismissed from Princess Sumaya University for Technology or any other university for disciplinary reasons.

The student’s fulfillment of the admission requirements for the required major and the submission of an application for admission does not mean admission to the university. Rather, the student is accepted as a final acceptance if the student meets the competition criteria and passes the admission exam held by the university.
