The Department of Communications Engineering at the Hijjawi College of Engineering and Technology at Yarmouk University, which was established in 1989, is a fundamental pillar in the development of the communications sector in Jordan and abroad. Since then, the department has continued to graduate highly qualified cadres who make a significant contribution to the local and global markets. The department currently offers a Bachelor's program in Communications Engineering, designed to provide students with a solid theoretical foundation supported by applied practical experience. In addition, the department offers a Master's program in Wireless Communications Engineering, which prepares students to occupy leadership positions in academia, research, and the communications sector. Our academic staff consists of a team of highly experienced and qualified faculty members, each of whom specializes in different areas of communications engineering. Their diverse experiences enrich the learning environment and support a wide range of research activities. To ensure a comprehensive educational experience, the department is equipped with modern and advanced laboratories specially designed for various aspects of communications engineering. - The original Jordanian General Secondary Education Certificate (Tawjihi) transcript, certified by the Jordanian Ministry of Education and issued in Arabic, for applicants holding the Jordanian General Secondary Education Certificate.
- A certified copy of a valid passport.
- Students sponsored by the governments of Saudi Arabia (scholarship students only), Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Yemen, and Malaysia must obtain approval from their respective Cultural Attaché Offices in Jordan before completing their admission procedures.
- The original equivalency certificate for the General Secondary Education Certificate, along with a Ministry of Education certification of the secondary school transcript, for applicants holding a non-Jordanian secondary school certificate.
- A certified copy of the Civil Identification Card (Magnetic Card) issued by Public Security Directorate service centers, for Syrian students.
- Two recent passport-sized photographs (4 × 6 cm).
