The knowledge and skills in the use of plants and micro-organisms can be utilized in the technological processes of production and use of biofuels. This interdisciplinary major, Biotechnology - Biofuels, is carried out by staff of: the Environmental Biotechnology Department (EBD) of the Faculty of Energy and Environmental Engineering, the Institute of Thermal Technology, the Faculty of Energy and Environmental Engineering, the Faculty of Automatic Control, Electronics and Computer Science.
