Overview Through accelerated study of hybrid recording, music video production, sound design, musical app development, electronic production and live performance, students develop in-demand skills to prepare themselves for careers as artists, technologists, producers, DJs, electronic composers, educators, and software and/or hardware designers.The Music Production, Technology, and Innovation program from Berklee College of Music (Valencia Campus) is a unique project-focused program that provides students with a deep knowledge of current practices and innovations in music technology, electronic musicianship, and music production. In the program, students learn hybrid arranging, composition, recording, editing, sound manipulation techniques, and live interactive performance systems. They also explore the art and science of musical innovation and case studies of transformative music innovators.Students apply the principles of innovation to an advanced music project, which may be a technology-aided composition, a large-scale recording project, and/or live performances that may feature interactivity; multi-channel audio; digital visual expressions; originally designed instruments and systems; and/or musical applications for web and mobile devices.
