Program, TÃ¼rkÃ§e EÄŸitimi alanÄ±na yÃ¶nelik mesleki bilgi ve beceriye sahip araÅŸtÄ±rmacÄ±larÄ± ve uzmanlarÄ± yetiÅŸtirmek amacÄ±yla kurulmuÅŸtur. Program bÃ¼nyesinde yetiÅŸecek uzmanlarÄ±n ve araÅŸtÄ±rmacÄ±larÄ±n alandaki nitelikli Ã¶ÄŸretmen ihtiyacÄ±nÄ± karÅŸÄ±lamanÄ±n yanÄ± sÄ±ra ilgili bilgi birikimine katkÄ± saÄŸlamalarÄ± beklenmektedir. TÃ¼rkÃ§e ve Sosyal Bilimler EÄŸitimi BÃ¶lÃ¼mÃ¼ tarafÄ±ndan yÃ¼rÃ¼tÃ¼len programÄ± tamamlayan mezunlar alanda Ã¶ncÃ¼lÃ¼k edebilecek donanÄ±ma sahip olacaklardÄ±r.

The Turkish Teaching Program has been established as The Department of Turkish Education in the 2013 academic year, to educate Turkish teachers for secondary schools.

Entry Requirements

Students' acceptance, registration, exam and evaluation procedures are conducted based on the Higher Education Law and the regulations and decisions put forth by The Higher Education Council based on this law.At Hacettepe University, student acceptance and registration procedures are handled by the Student Registrar Office. Related rules and regulations can be reached at http://www.oid.hacettepe.edu.tr/Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) is applied to the transition from secondary education to higher education. These exams are conducted by the Measurement, Evaluation, and Placement Center (OSYM in Turkish). More information about the exams can be obtained from the http://www.osym.gov.tr/ web site. Two different tests are applied to the candidates in the examination system. In the first stage, YKS-Basic Proficiency Test (TYT), in the second stage, YKS-Field Proficiency Test (AYT) is applied. The "Higher Education Institutions Exam" is a test which will be applied to those who successfully complete secondary education and who want to have higher education and to measure the adequacy for transition to higher education. In this exam, students who can get enough points from the HUMAN SCIENCE sections are entitled to study in the program.
