2. There is no minimum grade-point average (GPA) requirement.
3. There is no requirement for an ALES or Foreign Language Exam certificate. However, if the applicant submits a certificate, the following weighting schema will be used in evaluation (for those not submitting a certificate for ALES or Foreign Language, the score is considered to be zero).

ALES Score: 20% Foreign Language Score: 10% GPA: 30% Interview: 40%
Students who are enrolled in the human resource management non-thesis master program must complete 10 courses and then should prepare the term project under the supervision of the consultant. These courses consist of 42 ECTS must and 48 elective courses.
The program consists of 90 ECTS credits for three semesters. In order to graduate from the program, students must take 36 credits and be successful in the term project course (38 CREDITS). In other words, it is necessary to complete at least 90 ECTS.
