Hacettepe University offers the PhD of Bioinformatics as a full-time degree delivered on campus at its main campus in Istanbul, Turkey. Taught in English, the program equips students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for bioinformatics and related professional fields. About PhD in Bioinformatics

To be accepted to Bioinformatics Programme, it is required to be graduated from Instutute of Science and Engineers, or Health Sciences. Additionally, it is required to hold a MSc degree from Instutute of Science and Engineers, Health Sciences or Bioinformatics. It is required to have minimum ALES (Acedemic Personnel and Postgraduate Education Entrance Exam) score defined by H.U. SBE Graduate School of Health Sciences and approved by the Senato of Hacettepe University and to meet the student application requirements of HU SBE graduate programme.

PhD
The regulations of the Institute of Health Sciences will be applied. It is necessary for the student that academic grade point average should be more than 3.00 and being succesful in thesis defending exam.
