Study Human Rights at Hacettepe University, a PhD degree offered at its main campus in Istanbul, Turkey. This Full Time program is delivered on campus in English. About PhD in Human Rights

Candidates must have minimum 60 standard score in one of the verbal or equally-weighted scores from Academic Staff and Graduate Education Entrance Examination (ALES) which has been done by Evaluation, Selection and Placement Centre (ÖSYM) or international exams such as GRE and GMAT whose equivalence are approved by the Hacettepe University Senate.
3. Candidates must have 70 in YDS (Foreign Language Exam) which is arranged by ÖSYM or they must gain equivalent score from another language exam which has equivalence to YDS determined by ÖSYM.
4. International students' applications are accepted in line within “Hacettepe University Graduate Programme and Exam Regulation" in Official Gazette (29 November 2016, No:29900).

In order to graduate from the department, students have to take the must and elective courses and with total amount of 240 ECTS.
