The Work Health is a PhD degree offered by Hacettepe University at its main campus in Istanbul, Turkey. The program is delivered on campus as a Full Time course in English. Students study at the university's main campus while gaining the knowledge and practical experience expected for this area of study. The next intake is available from September 1, 2027.

About PhD in Work Health

The program accepts graduates of medicine directly. Graduated from health sciences, science, and social science related faculties can accept after get master degree of Occupational Health or Public Health and Safety, Public Health, Health Administration, Epidemiology and other related areas*. (Medical stÄ±dent, who is in the MD PhD program can apply to the program when providing conditions of relevant legislation.

In order to qualify for the Occupational Health PhD Degree, the students are required to get at least 120 ECTS/ 21 national credits (42 national/180 ECTS fort he students without having MSc Degree) and to complete a thesis work.
In order to graduate from the Doctoral Degree Program in Public Health, the conditions specified in the ByLaw of Hacettepe University on Post-Graduate Studies and Examinations must be met.
