PRIMARY MATHEMATICS EDUCATION
Mission
The chief aim of the Primary School Mathematics Education Program is to graduate pre service teachers with the skills of critical thinking, problem solving and effective teaching. In this program, pre service teachers are equipped with strong subject matter knowledge and knowledge of instructional techniques and methods. They are also equipped with the capability of creating learning environment which supports students mathematical thinking and problem solving skills. Besides must courses, the program involves elective courses that enable pre service teachers to improve their knowledge and skills in different areas.

Department Opportunites
Our teacher candidates who graduated from the Primary Education Mathematics Education Linsan Program are all secondary schools in the State and Private Schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. they will be able to teach mathematics in the classroom. Apart from this, they will be able to work with the schools and special education institutions. In private primary schools, they may also have the opportunity to work in positions such as education specialist, education coordinator, education director. We will continue our graduate and master's and doctoral studies and will be able to serve as academicians in government or private universities.
