Istanbul Aydin University offers the Bachelor of RUSSIAN TRANSLATOR AND TRANSLATION as a full-time degree delivered on campus at its main campus in Istanbul, Turkey. Taught in Russian and completed over 4 years, the program equips students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for russian translator and translation and related professional fields. The graduates of Translation and Interpreting (Turkish-Russian) can work in wide variety of sectors including translation offices, engineering and architecture firms, foreign trade companies, private institutions and organizations, tourism agenties and other agencies operating in the field of tourism, news agencies, various undersecretariats and ministries, Turkish armed forces, embassy and representations in foreign countries. Besides they can work within the consept of European Union projects which require high level competence, they can also carry out jobs like language assistance and can work as academic staff at universities.
