QUALITY MANAGEMENT and QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEMS
Masters Degree Program without thesis in Quality Management and Quality Assurance Systems is a 90 ECTS credit program with a duration of 1,5 academic years and with 3 30-ECTS semesters. The regular program consists of 10 courses of 30 local credits and a term Project. The institute, upon the request of the program director, may require the prospective student to take additional courses if his/her background is not seen fit to follow the program.
The aim of the program is transforming the world into single market as a result of globalization process, increasing the esteem of people, increasing the competition among enterprises and hopes of the customers(internal/external) gradually, training manager candidates who are aware of basic principles, strategies and process of quality management, equipped with problem solving, decision making and implementation abilities to organize enterprises according to quality standards in a situation indispensable integration with European Union. This program has been organized to reach the perfectness considering bringing in information and skills needed. The students who completed the program successfully will be able to have the notion of enterprising, manage the difference, understand the philosophy of the total quality management, and evaluate the structural and cultural parameters needed to implement effectively of total quality management, have detailed information about TSE-EN- ISO 9000 and gain the possibility to improve .
