About MSc in Management Information Systems

MBA (Non-thesis) Program invites participants to a learning experience leading to both professional and personal development. The design of the MBA program is based on the anticipation that our participants have studied a non-business subject previously, and they aim to build managerial careers. The competence targets of the program span the areas of finance, human resources, accounting, marketing, production/operations management, and human resource management. The program provides an interactive learning environment that integrates contemporary technological tools and current managerial methods and approaches.

Professional life problems often require technical knowledge and approach, and developing creative solutions despite the relatively limited preliminary information. This transforms problem-solving from a solely technical procedure to an art. The participants would be familiarized with this problem-solving process through our MBA program providing a rapid and effective, socially and environmentally responsible design culture.

The program is different from the MBA (with thesis) program in terms of duration, number of courses and requirements. As a one-year program, MBA (Non-thesis) program consists of 10 courses and the MBA project. It is required to complete 90 ECTS to earn the MBA degree.

The language of instruction is English.

Entry Requirements

Copy of the undergraduate or graduate diploma
For diplomas awarded abroad, a copy of the diploma equivalency certificate issued by YÖK's International Equivalency Office, certifying the equivalency of the diploma to that of a Turkish higher education institution (the letter of equivalence must be submitted by the end of the first semester).
Copy of English language proficiency test results
Transcript showing all courses taken and grades achieved in all higher education institutions the applicant has so far attended or graduated from. If the transcript does not provide any description of the grading system, separate documents must be provided for the grading system of the relevant institutions.
