Ph.D. in Private Law Program has a unique course options in areas such as Contracts Law, Labour Law, Corporate Law, Civil Procedure and Enforcement Law. The main aim of these program is to educate the lawyers with the ability to solve legal problems in accordance with the logic and justice. Recently, main codes have changed and entered into force in Turkish private law such as Civil Procedure Code, Turkish Law of Obligations Code and Turkish Commercial Code. Thefore, importance of Ph.D. in Private Law Program has increased.

Teaching language is Turkish.

Entry Requirements

Copy of the undergraduate or graduate diploma
For diplomas awarded abroad, a copy of the diploma equivalency certificate issued by YÖK's International Equivalency Office, certifying the equivalency of the diploma to that of a Turkish higher education institution (the letter of equivalence must be submitted by the end of the first semester).
Copy of English language proficiency test results
Transcript showing all courses taken and grades achieved in all higher education institutions the applicant has so far attended or graduated from. If the transcript does not provide any description of the grading system, separate documents must be provided for the grading system of the relevant institutions.
