About BA in Business

The students of the Department of Business Administration develop their analytical thinking and problem solving skills, while studying courses in business planning, international marketing, corporate governance design and strategic management. Opportunities to gain international experience are also offered to students through EU lifelong learning, Erasmus student exchange programmes and EU projects.

Courses offered include Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, Macro-Micro Economy, Accounting, and Marketing, and equip students with those skills needed to differentiate the successful individual entrepreneur.

If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university.

Students who have applied for Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree programmes provided in English, are obligated to take the Yasar University English Proficiency Test (FLAT). Exam registration is completed during the matriculation process. Direct entry to first year of the program is achieved with a minimum score of 65/100 in this exam. Students achieving below this score will be required to take a year of English preparation before entering the faculty.

Exemption from the English Preparation Year may also be gained by submitting passing scores in one of the following equivalent English Language Tests:
TOEFL IBT
CAE
CPE
PTE

The Yasar University FLAT Examination is not valid for PhD Candidates. Students who are applying to PhD program must submit one of the exams listed above.

According to the legislation accepted by the State Higher Education Council of Turkish Republic, IELTS is not accepted as a valid examination for English language exemption at all educational degrees.
