Second Cycle, Master of Science Degree (M.Sc.) in Business Engineering is awarded to students who have scored a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of not less than 3.00/4.00 and have completed all the courses (120 ECTS). The course plan consists of 3 compulsory courses and 5elective courses and a thesis. Operations Management, Research Methods and Ethics and Seminar courses provide every student a necessary foundation. Students of the programme can then choose remaining elective courses from a wide range of possibilities from the appropriate elective course pools.

Students who have applied for Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree programmes provided in English, are obligated to take the Yasar University English Proficiency Test (FLAT). Exam registration is completed during the matriculation process. Direct entry to first year of the program is achieved with a minimum score of 65/100 in this exam. Students achieving below this score will be required to take a year of English preparation before entering the faculty.

Exemption from the English Preparation Year may also be gained by submitting passing scores in one of the following equivalent English Language Tests:

PTE

The Yasar University FLAT Examination is not valid for PhD Candidates. Students who are applying to PhD program must submit one of the exams listed above.

According to the legislation accepted by the State Higher Education Council of Turkish Republic, IELTS is not accepted as a valid examination for English language exemption at all educational degrees.
