The field of Graphic Design requires more scientific studies with its increasing activity in the field of communication and culture as a result of the technological developments and the diversity in communication channels in recent years. Interdisciplinary studies have gained importance today, where design methods are based on qualitative and quantitative research-based strategies that will be developed for the subject beyond visual analysis. This situation requires both more academic studies in the field of graphic design and the training of designers who will take part in interdisciplinary studies involving the field of graphic design. Today, the definition of graphic designer required by the sector has expanded and the need for designers who have received graduate education and will take part in the research and development phase has started.
