Haybridge Alliance School Centred Initial Teacher Training

At Haybridge Alliance SCITT, we work with several schools across the Midlands to offer local school placements to all of our trainees and students. We provide a personalized approach, with bespoke training for each individual.

Our teacher training programs allow students and trainees to study in placement schools near where they live, observing teachers from day one before slowly taking on classroom responsibilities.

Our programs are effective, challenging, and rewarding routes into teaching, where trainees can study to master their subject knowledge, the theory of teaching, pedagogy, and classroom management skills. We treat all trainees and students individually, identifying their needs in order to ensure that they achieve excellent outcomes.
