St Giles Vancouver offers English for University Studies courses which are designed to give students the key skills for future successful study at University level in Canada.<br><br>

Our English for University Studies course combines 20 morning lessons of General English with 10 afternoon lessons of English for Academic Purposes, aimed at developing essential reading, writing and presentational skills necessary for academic life in Canada.

All teachers at St Giles International must have, as a minimum, a recognized certificate for teaching English as a foreign language, eg Cambridge CELTA or Trinity Cert. TESOL or equivalent, plus a college degree. In exceptional circumstances, we may employ teachers who do not possess one of the above qualifications, if, in our opinion, they can be considered to be suitably qualified or experienced. <br>
