UC's Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner DNP program prepares students at the highest level of nursing practice to provide advanced care for adolescents, older adults, and the frail elderly with acute, short-term illness, exacerbated chronic illness, or terminal disease.
UC's Adult-Gero Acute Care NP program offers:
- Courses taught by faculty who currently practice in the field
- In-person, hands-on training that thoroughly prepares students for clinical experiences and real-world practice
- Flexible scheduling with a minimum time to completion of three years and a maximum of five years
Note: Students must reside in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana while in the program.
