    Overview The curriculum for Aerospace Engineering at New Mexico State University for the first two years of study is the same as that for Mechanical Engineering. In junior and senior years, AE students will take 9-10 courses that differ from the ME curriculum. CareerGraduates of the Aerospace Engineering program will be prepared as leaders in research, design, construction and analysis of aircraft, satellites, manned and unmanned space/aerial vehicles, and the systems they incorporate.
