    About

    The University of Cincinnati's B.S. in Aerospace Engineering Degree is the country's second oldest program of its kind. Aerospace engineering takes a deep exploration of advanced science and technology in the design and development of flight vehicles; degree study includes the analysis and design of aircraft, spacecraft, missiles, rockets, and satellites.

    At UC College of Engineering and Applied Science (CEAS), it's all about you – we strive to help develop you into the person employers want to hire. Throughout your time with us, you will:

    • Gain hands-on training in the fields of fluid mechanics, propulsion, structures, controls, and electronics
    • Take courses that cover the analysis and design of aircraft, spacecraft, missiles, rockets and satellites
    • Customize your experience with more than 600 organizations, including Aerocats, Hyperloop UC, American institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, SEDS Battle of Rockets Design Competition, and more
    • Build an impressive resume and professional network through our nationally-recognized co-op program at companies such as NASA, General Electric, Gulfstream Aerospace, TECT Aerospace, and the U.S Air Force Research Laboratory

    Entry Requirements

    Students enrolled in Jordanian national curriculum are asked to report their current subjects on the “Current or Most Recent Year Courses” section of the Common App. Advise your school counselor, headmaster, director, etc. to upload the following documents to the Common App:

    • Transcripts with final Preparatory school results for year 10, coursework and scores for year 11, and as much as is available for year 12 by the application deadline
    • If you have completed secondary school, official copy of the General Secondary Education Certificate (Tawjihi), accompanied by a certified word-for-word English translation

    If the transcript is issued in a language other than English, it must be accompanied by an English translation.
