- Students who have completed less than 10 transferable courses at the university level (equivalent to 30 credits in the USA) must provide evidence of having earned a 3.00/4.00 cumulative high school grade point average, or higher, on a university preparatory curriculum (if graduated from high school outside of the USA).

- If you wish to transfer any credit from a university outside of the U.S., you will need to obtain a course-by-course evaluation from a NACES member agency and all official course descriptions for the courses you have taken. Here are two NACES member companies that our students commonly use:

- If you choose to use WES, you must select the course-by-course evaluation option. You must follow the “Required Documents” information specific to your country of study to ensure that your evaluation is completed as quickly as possible.
- While such an evaluation is not a requirement for admission per se, it is a requirement for granting undergraduate transfer credit at UM.

- Official transcripts/degree certificates (must be official or officially certified, and must include an English translation) of high school education and any universities/colleges ever attended.
- Students who have completed at least 10 transferable courses at the university level (equivalent to 30 credits in the USA) are not required to submit high school transcripts.
- If your transcripts and diplomas are in languages other than English, you must provide a translation.
- Copy of English language proficiency scores (exceptions apply!)
- Affidavit of financial support and official bank statement required at time of application submission.
