The Bachelor of Applied Administration program in Healthcare Leadership is designed to advance healthcare professionals within their chosen area of professional practice. This program is geared for students who already hold an associates degree and a current professional healthcare certification who seek a pathway to obtain a bachelor's degree without any loss of credits from their associate degree. Emphasis is given to leadership preparation within the diverse workforce, patient, and student populations with application of equity and inclusion within professional practice.
Students enter this online program with an associate degree in an allied health or health-related program from a regionally accredited post-secondary higher education institution or a programmatically accredited program AND certification/licensure in their area of practice. Students complete 60 hours of credit at The University of Cincinnati and earn a Baccalaureate degree. Courses offered on a course carousel so students may begin any semester. Full-time (5 semesters) and part-time options.
