    About

    The MS in Applied Molecular Biology and Biotechnology provides specialized, in-depth, hands-on skills and leadership competencies preparing students to succeed in the increasingly competitive biomedical sciences sector. It will allow students to gain "bench-focused" technical competency, in addition to training in regulatory and fiscal affairs that impact laboratory management. Following graduation, students will be workforce ready, well-rounded, and have marketable technical skills. They will be prepared to sit for the molecular diagnostics board of certification exam offered through the American Society of Clinical Pathology, MB(ASCP).
