    Overview We offer a master degree in Architecture-based Enterprise Systems Engineering Leadership at the University of California, San Diego. An "integrated perspective" that merges the views of management and engineering communities is increasingly recognized as one of the cornerstones of a successful approach to enterprise complexity and is a key aspect of the AESE program.A portion of the program is available in an online synchronous distance learning format for those not able to attend classes locally. Review and approval from the faculty director is required prior to admission. Online coursework must be completed synchronously with the in-class students. Distance students are required to attend one four-day class each quarter in La Jolla, and return in August to present their capstone projects.Key FeaturesClasses designed to accommodate working professionals (classes are 8:00am to 5:00pm Friday and Saturday, every other week, plus one four-day class week per quarter)The curriculum is extremely comprehensive and well-integratedLecturers are nationally-recognized experts on the topics on which they lectureHands-on, interactive workshops are a valuable learning mechanism I want to find another Master Course
