    Entry Requirements

    The School of Art & Design offers the bachelor of arts (B.A.) degree for students who wish to pursue a liberal arts education. They may select a concentration in studio or in art history. The B.A. program in Studio covers a range of art courses and a studio concentration. Art History is a liberal arts program devoted to preparing future scholars and curators.

    English Program Requirements

    For students required to show English Language Proficiency for summer 2020 and fall 2020, Georgia State accepts Duolingo English tests as one of the new English proficiency tests. To register for the test, please go to go.duolingo.com/applicants. The Duolingo English Test can be taken online from a computer with a camera. Certified results are available within two days and can be shared instantly with the university. For 2020-2021 admissions cycle, any changes on the admissions requirements will be updated on the website under the guidance from the University System of Georgia.
