Take the next step in your education and career. If you've already completed your bachelor's degree and wish to earn your certification for teaching, we offer postbaccalaureate certificates in elementary education, secondary education, K-12 art education and special education.
You can earn your teaching license face-to-face or via distance education and online classes, on a schedule that works for you. When you complete the postbaccalaureate program, you'll be eligible to apply for a teaching certificate or add an endorsement to an existing teaching certificate. You may also add your postbaccalaureate credits toward a Master of Education degree.
What does postbaccalaureate mean?
A postbaccalaureate certificate is a non-degree program you can pursue after earning your bachelor's degree to take your undergraduate studies to the next level. Many students take postbaccalaureate programs to prepare for graduate school or enhance their professional knowledge and marketability. Our postbaccalaureate program classes are offered at both the undergraduate and graduate level and feature extensive field-based learning experiences.
