The Aviation Management and Operations curriculum provides preparation for a variety of positions in operations management or technical support areas of the aviation industry.
This degree is designed to prepare tomorrow's aviation business leaders, today. As a graduate of this program you will be poised to obtain a position in airline and airport management, operations management, safety management, aviation/aerospace administration, aviation dispatch, airport planning or many others. Your coursework will include a focus of aviation-specific management courses. In addition, you will gain essential knowledge of aircraft systems, aerodynamics and performance, aviation law, and aviation safety. You will also build a solid foundation in business theory and practice, which will prepare you for easy entrance into most accredited Masters of Business Administration programs. As an Aviation Management and Operations student, you will engage in meaningful curriculum that blends aviation and business concepts and practices. As you progress through your degree program, you will obtain the knowledge and skills required for meaningful employment in the aviation industry.
